  • We are a team of about ten people, passionate about creating engaging and safe social experiences. We believe the future of social networks lies in the rise of smaller communities—tribes of people driven by a shared passion or interest, truly engaged in what you have to share! And vice versa 🙂

  • To protect younger audiences from exposure to social networks, Octopus Community is only accessible to users over the age of 16.

Help keep Octopus Community safe & enjoyable

  • We want to offer a respectful and safe environment for all our users. Check out our Community Guidelines to learn more about encouraged and prohibited behaviors.

  • If you notice inappropriate content or a user violating our rules:

    Tap the three dots in the top right corner of the post, comment, or user profile.

    Select Report.

    Choose a reason from the list provided.

    Add a comment if necessary, then confirm.

    We will review your report as quickly as possible, within 24 hours.

  • You can block a user whose content you no longer wish to see by going to their profile page. Click the menu in the top right corner and select Block this user. Once blocked, you won’t see their posts or comments, and you won’t be able to unblock them.

My Account

  • You can follow the sign-up steps as soon as you want to interact with the community (like a post, share content, reply to a comment…). Just provide your email address, confirm your account, and choose a username to get started!

  • Anyone who has downloaded Octopus Commaunity can see your messages or view your profile—there’s no need to be registered to read community content.

  • If you want to delete your account:

    Go to your Profile page.

    Click the menu in the top right corner to access Settings > My Community Profile.

    Click Delete Account.

    Once you confirm, you will no longer be able to participate in the community. Your profile will be permanently deleted, and your posts will be anonymized. This action is irreversible!

    If the issue persists, send us an email at contact@octopuscommunity.com, specifying the email you used to sign in. You can find it in Profile > Settings > My Community Profile.
